Two self-serve machines called “Gain Psychological Services in One-Click (壹点心亭)” were purchased by Liandu Government for the public to gain psychological services and to improve their mental health literacy. One of the equipment was settled in Liandu District Library, which was easy to operate and could provide psychological services 24/7 through an interactive screen.

 

Through touching the screen, visitors can enjoy the psychological counseling services on the equipment which gathered academic achievements of famous professors from Institute of Psychology, CAS, Beijing Normal University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Wenzhou University and other Institutions. These achievements applied theories into the scenario-based psychological experience, in order to provide psychological counseling services to users and extend popular science about psychology, which would help with securing the mental health of the users.

 

 

Main Functions

 

● 24-hour psychological online services cover six fields: Children’s Education, Marriage and Dating, Family Relationship, Emotional Stress. Crisis Resolution and Interpersonal Relationship.

 

● 500 hours′ online psychology courses for users to learn or download.

 

● Professional and interesting psychological assessment.

 

Besides all these main functions, there are also modules for psychological knowledge extension, such as psychological films, decompression games, online safety education courses, psychological comics and others.
