On the morning of September 19th, a special live broadcast event was held in Zhejiang Library, which added a fragrance of books to the quiet and tranquil library. This live event is not only the end of the third Zhejiang Children's Self-made Picture Book Competition in 2021, but also provides a platform for children who love to read and paint.

Since the summer vacation on 1 July, 2019,  Zhejiang Library has launched the "Booker's Library" in collaboration with public libraries at all levels in the province. The first children's self-made picture book competition is for 6-12 years old in the province. In the past three years, more than 700 students participated in the competition. The theme of the event this year is "The Story of My Grandpa". Nearly 300 works were collected for this picture book competition.

This live broadcast event mainly revolves around three modules: the announcement of the award-winning works, the exhibition of excellent video works, and the sharing of guests. Mrs. Ye Qing, deputy director of the Zhejiang Youth Off-campus Education Center, and Qu Jiayi, an expert on NetEase Youdao’s children’s art teaching and research team, were invited to share and comment professionally.
