The Civil Code has been formally implemented on January 1st  this year as an "encyclopedia of social life", in which the norms of the marriage and family system are closely related to the personal and property rights of ordinary people and the interests of every household.

On September 12, Zhejiang Library, together with the Hangzhou Municipal Office of Law Popularization and the "Lawyer is Coming" column of the City Express, organized a "Lecture on Law Popularization". Zhu Shuangxia, Deputy Director and Managing Partner of Zhejiang Jingheng Law Firm, was invited to give the lecture and answer the questions online.

Through a series of lectures on popularizing the law, the citizens’ legal quality and awareness of the legal system have been improved, and a strong atmosphere of studying, knowing and using the law has been created for the readers.
