Pay late fees online (website)

1. Log on to http://www.zjlib.cn. Click to enter “My Library” and log in reader’s card number.

Note: initial password is the last six digits of document number used for application with letters capitalized! For reader’s card applied by Alipay, the initial password is the password you set when registering.

2. Select “Book Payment” in “Borrow Information” column.

3. Select mode of payment.

4. Scan the QR code to pay by phone (WeChat/Alipay).

5. Payment completed .
