Services for group readers

I. To make full use of our library’s documents and information resource and to embody the principle of differentiated services, the organization who has a need for reading and borrowing can apply for a group card.

II. You must apply for a group readers as an organization or a legal representative and process the application at Service Hall (1st floor) of our library. Application materials required: legal representative’s ID card (original) and a copy of business license of the organization. Besides, guarantee deposit is required, the standards are: 2,000 yuan for a group regular reader; 3,000 yuan for a group reference reader. You can apply for a “group library card” after examined and approved by our library, the number of the card is unlimited. 

 III. Group readers can enjoy the following borrowing services:

1. Readers who hold a group regular reader’s card can borrow up to 60 Chinese books with a loan period of 180 days and can get one renewal for a period of 60 days. You can make reservation for borrowing a maximum of five books.

2. Readers with a group reference reader’s card can borrow up to 60 Chinese and foreign books (with a maximum of 10 foreign books) with a loan period of 180 days and can get one renewal for a period of 60 days. You can make reservation for borrowing a maximum of five books.

IV. Group reads need to apply for card returning to Card Application Center of our library five days in advance and process deposit returning procedures after examined and approved by our library.

V. Group readers should comply with all rules and regulations of our library. Those who violates the rules and regulations will be disqualified.
