September 16, 2014 to 17, hosted by the National Library, the fourth "National interlibrary loan and document delivery seminar" was held in association with the Library of Zhejiang in Hangzhou. From all provinces, municipalities and public libraries and university library representatives, including well-known information service providers on behalf of more than 140 people attended the seminar.
Meeting to "change and development: the digital age interlibrary loan and document delivery" as the theme for the country engaged in Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services Librarian provides business communication platform to promote mutual Interlibrary by horizontal integration and document delivery services.
