The network version of The Chinese personage image database down the ages of Zhejiang Library, which has made large-scale good omission and deficiencies, added over 200 personages, 1,000 images, and became better and approached perfection day by day. The database has gained lots of favorable comments since it was built in 2002. It was once judged as the one of ten most characteristic databases by the site of Chinese traditional culture in Taiwan. Its dates are adopted in great numbers by authorities included Baidu, National Library, Chinese History Museum, etc, Its pages are linked by many brother library, Its images are used by great receivers. The disk version published by Zhejiang Electronics Audio & Video Publisher had been crowned the third Chinese Excellent publication Awards.
