1. Open WeChat, then search service account “Zhejiang Library”, or scan with WeChat.
2. Click to enter “Service Hall” menu.
3. Select “Bind and unbind” icon, and bind your reader’s card.
Note: initial password is the last six digits of document number used for application with letters capitalized! For reader’s card applied by Alipay, the initial password is the password you set when registering.
4. Click on “Payment” icon to enter.
5. Click on “Late Fees”.
6. Click on “Confirm order”.
7. Select “WeChat Pay”.
8. Select “Confirm payment” and then click on “Complete” button to make payment .
